Institutional Investment Advisors build long-term professional relationships with private equity firms and their origination teams, conduct investment suitability assessments, and lead investment origination in collaboration with Investment Intelligence Executives. They lead meetings throughout the due diligence and pre-transaction process and provide support through post-transaction activities. The role requires advanced financial modeling expertise and significant experience in regulated financial advisory services for institutional investors.
Institutional Investment Advisors
Investment Intelligence Executives focus exclusively on the sell side of private markets, identifying asset owners seeking to sell businesses or assets, companies raising equity or debt, pursuing IPOs or exits, and corporate structures seeking capital. They source opportunities through business communities, in-person meetings, referrals, affiliates, and targeted outreach, while developing origination partnerships with well-connected private-market professionals. They build relationships with asset owners, execute NDAs, conduct due diligence, prepare CIMs, provide corporate finance advice, and develop long-term relationships with potential transaction counterparties.
Our Founder
Francisco F. De Troya is the Executive Chairman of Orgon Capital and non-executive director at different ventures through Orgon Galactic Private Equity. A licensed investment banker and financial engineer, he built his career at leading multinational brokerage firms, has lived across four continents and has launched different corporate structures in Europe and the Americas.
